A month ago I was wallowing in emails (3000 in my inbox), and had the messiest office in the company.

So, what happened?

David Allen’s Getting Things Done.

This book describes a method for getting on top of the clutter (both physical, and that clutter in your mind) and managing your work and home life. Basically, get everything out of your head, and into a list somewhere, then process the lists in a methodical and reliable way.
